Counseling Services without Insurance for Fully Licensed Counselor (LPC)

  • Individual Service 50 - 60 minute counseling session: $150
    • Includes: Play Therapy, Filial Therapy, Parent Consult, Sandtray Therapy, EMDR Session, and Activity Therapy 
  • Group Therapy 50-60 minute session : $45
  • Crisis Session or Intensive EMDR Session 90 minute or longer: $180
  • Phone consultation lasting longer than 30 minutes will be billed for $50 per half hour. This also includes any time spent answering text messages or e-mails sent by clients outside of regular appointment times.
  • Late fees will be charged for no shows, and cancellations made less than 24 hours notice. 
  • We can provide a super bill for insurance purposes if we do not accept your insurance at this time so that you may receive some reimbursement from your current insurance.

Using Out-Of-Network Benefits

Good Faith Estimate

Under the "No Surprises Act," as of January 1st 2022 medical facilities are required to provide a "Good Faith Estimate" to patients not planning on using insurance. This Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service. Please let your provider know if you plan to seek services as a self-pay client, and this can be provided to you. For more information go to: https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

We Are Here to Help

While most situations can be resolved between the clinician and client directly, some situations might require escalation. In compliance with the State of Texas we provide that information below in you find yourself in such a situation in need of a report.

Business Violation Concerns 
If you believe you have been a victim of fraudulent business practices in the State of Texas pleas contact the Attorney General's Office to file a consumer complaint.

We are required to retain you records for 7 years, or 5 years after a former child client has turned 18. If needed, records can be requested via the client portal.
